  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ½ cup Chopped pecans toasted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
  5. Remove from the oven and toss with dried cranberries and toasted pecans.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
