Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- ½ cup Pecans, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
