  • 4 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
  • ½ cup Pecans, chopped
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Dressing Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, thinly sliced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
