Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry sheets thawed
  • 8 oz Brie cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into 24 squares.
  3. Place each square into a mini muffin tin to form a small cup.
  4. Add a piece of Brie cheese to each cup.
  5. Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, if using.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
