Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into 24 squares.
Place each square into a mini muffin tin to form a small cup.
Add a piece of Brie cheese to each cup.
Top with a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
Sprinkle with chopped rosemary, if using.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
