Ingredients 

Crab Cakes

  • 1 lb Crab Meat picked over for shells
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Avocado-Wasabi Sauce

  • 1 large Avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Wasabi Paste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. For the sauce, blend avocado, lime juice, wasabi paste, and soy sauce until smooth.
  5. Serve crab cakes with avocado-wasabi sauce on the side.
