Crab Cakes Ingredients
- 1 lb Crab Meat picked over for shells
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- 2 tablespoon Butter for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
