Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 can Creamed corn 14.75 oz

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, and beaten eggs.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the creamed corn.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
