Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Corn kernels (fresh or canned)
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add corn kernels, milk, and beaten egg to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Spoon batter into the pan, forming small fritters. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
