Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Water
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the water and bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the coney sauce over hot dogs or as desired.
