Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta (any short variety)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped

Dressing

  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, feta cheese, and fresh basil.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
