Main Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
1. In a blender, combine cucumber, yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
4. Garnish with chopped dill before serving.
