  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 Green Onions sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  3. 3. Add the cooked soba noodles, cucumber, and green onions to the bowl. Toss to combine.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
