Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bunch kale chopped
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain potatoes and return to pot. Mash with milk and butter until smooth.
  3. 3. In a skillet, cook kale until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir kale and bacon into mashed potatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
