Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Instant coffee
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine milk, instant coffee, and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot but not boiling.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little cold water to make a smooth paste. Add this to the hot milk mixture, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Continue to cook and stir until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
