Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut sweetened
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  3. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, mix shredded coconut, coconut milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the coconut mixture into the pre-baked crust. Bake for another 20 minutes or until set.
  6. Let the tart cool before serving. Enjoy!
