Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of shredded coconut and panko breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Dip each shrimp into the flour, then the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the coconut-panko mixture.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the shrimp and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
