Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice preferably sticky rice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and salt. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  3. 3. Mix the cooked rice with the coconut milk mixture. Let it cool slightly.
  4. 4. Press the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
  5. 5. Let it set in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting into squares.
