Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Mango Puree fresh or canned
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry. Add this to the saucepan and cook until the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and mango puree.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
