Coconut Mango Parfait
A refreshing and tropical parfait with layers of coconut yogurt and fresh mango.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Coconut yogurt
- 2 cups Diced mango
- 1 cup Granola
- 2 tablespoon Honey optional
In a mixing bowl, combine coconut yogurt and honey (if using).
In parfait glasses, layer coconut yogurt, diced mango, and granola.
Repeat layers until glasses are filled.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for up to an hour.
