Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ½ cup Shredded Coconut toasted
  • ½ cup Butter melted

Filling

  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup Coconut Milk
  • ½ cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Zest
  • 4 Egg Yolks

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, toasted coconut, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, and egg yolks until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 20 minutes, or until set.
  6. Let the tart cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
