Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Water
- ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Lime zest
1. Combine coconut milk, sugar, and water in a blender.
2. Blend until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Add lime juice and lime zest, then blend again until well mixed.
4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
5. Scoop and serve.
