- ½ cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 Eggs
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each cookie slightly with your hand.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
