Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine coconut milk and sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to form a slurry. Add to the saucepan.
  3. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool before serving.
