- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Mix until well combined.
3. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
4. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
