- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- ½ cup Almonds chopped
- ¼ cup Honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, chopped almonds, honey, and vanilla extract.
Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
Using a spoon, scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
