- 1 cup Desiccated coconut
- ½ cup Almond flour
- ¼ cup Honey
- ¼ cup Coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon Salt
In a mixing bowl, combine desiccated coconut, almond flour, honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
