Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, diced
- 2 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Avocado, diced
- ½ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing
1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, crumbled blue cheese, chopped hard-boiled eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. Drizzle the salad with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
3. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
