Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 2 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • ½ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, diced avocado, crumbled blue cheese, chopped hard-boiled eggs, halved cherry tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. 2. Drizzle the salad with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
  3. 3. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
