Main Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Heavy cream whipped
- 4 Clementines peeled and segmented
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
Fold in the whipped cream gently.
In another bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
Layer the graham cracker mixture, cheesecake mixture, and clementine segments in parfait glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
