Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Clams chopped
  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add butter and sauté the onions until translucent.
  3. 3. Add the potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in the milk and bring to a simmer. Cook until potatoes are tender.
  5. 5. Add the clams, heavy cream, and cooked bacon. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
