Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed Greens
- 1 cup Orange Segments
- 1 cup Grapefruit Segments
- ¼ cup Fresh Mint Leaves chopped
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, orange segments, grapefruit segments, and chopped mint leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Top with crumbled feta cheese and serve immediately.
