  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice, garlic powder, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
