Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup Orange juice
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the citrus glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
