- 1 head Cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Oranges peeled and segmented
- 1 pc Lemon juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and orange segments.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and oranges, and toss to combine.
