  • 2 pcs Oranges peeled and segmented
  • 1 pcs Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced avocados, orange segments, and thinly sliced red onion.

  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
