Cinnamon Swirl Bread Recipe

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon over the batter. Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon layer, then sprinkle the remaining cinnamon on top.
Use a knife to swirl the cinnamon through the batter.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
