Ingredients

  • ½ cup Popcorn kernels
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  2. Add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot with a lid. Shake the pot occasionally to prevent burning.
  3. Once popping slows, remove the pot from heat and transfer the popcorn to a mixing bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
  5. Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the popcorn and toss again to coat.
  7. Season with salt to taste. Serve immediately.
