- 2 cups Diced Mango fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper
- ¼ cup Chopped Red Onion
- ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
2. Add the lime juice and salt. Toss everything together until well mixed.
