  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
