Ingredients

  • 500 g Bread flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 7 g Active dry yeast
  • 400 ml Water lukewarm
  • 30 ml Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add lukewarm water and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat your oven to 220°C (430°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet, shaping it into a rough rectangle.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let the bread cool on a wire rack before slicing.
