Cheesecake Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 Eggs
Churro Layer
- 2 cans Crescent roll dough
- ½ cup Sugar for topping
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon for topping
- ¼ cup Butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough in the baking dish.
Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and place it over the cream cheese layer.
Mix the ½ cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together. Sprinkle this mixture over the top layer of dough.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
