Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Bean sprouts
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chicken and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add the bell pepper, carrots, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  6. 6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. 7. Serve hot with steamed rice.
