Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, mix oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the shredded zucchini and chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
