Main Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate chopped
- 300 ml heavy cream
- 100 g raspberries fresh or frozen
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream gently.
In another bowl, mash the raspberries with sugar and vanilla extract.
Layer the chocolate mousse and raspberry mixture into serving glasses.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
