Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, and cornstarch.
  2. Gradually whisk in the milk until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
