  • 1 pre-baked pie crust

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
  4. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  5. Stir in butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
  6. Pour mixture into pre-baked pie crust.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
