Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 3 large eggs, separated
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale and thick.
  3. Whip the cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then fold into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Spoon into serving dishes and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
