Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour half of the batter over the crust. Stir melted chocolate into the remaining batter, then drop by spoonfuls onto the batter in the pan. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool before removing from the pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
