Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Ganache

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
  4. Heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chocolate chips.
  5. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
  6. Pour ganache into tart crust. Chill for at least 2 hours.
