Crust

Ganache

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a tart pan.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chocolate chips.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract.
Pour ganache into tart crust. Chill for at least 2 hours.
