Frosting Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter softened
  • 3 ½ cups Powdered Sugar sifted
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, beating on low speed until combined.
  3. Add the milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  4. If the frosting is too thick, add a little more milk, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
