- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Let it sit for a minute.
Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
Add the butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until combined.
