Main Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa cooked and cooled
- 2 cups rolled oats
- ½ cup almond butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
